It is imperative for every company to incorporate an IT Department into their organizational structure. This dashboard uses IT Operations data to allow the department and the manager to keep track of efficiency and productivity. On understanding the data, several KPIs were identified as key areas of concern that are important in the efficiency of the department.
This dashboard gives insights on the cases raised by the IT department, the IT analyst handling the case, priority of the case and cases closed in how much time. Categorizing user requests into buckets gives a better overview of what the case deals with.
